• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions • Profile sourcing through various efficient resources • Responsible for interviewing and hiring candidates • Responsible for career discussion, negotiating salaries, joining formalities and offers coordination • Handling a Team of Recruiters : Team Management , Maintenance of Recruiters’ Performance, TAT • Monitoring daily, weekly & monthly status reports of the recruitment team • Ensure the implementation of an effective recruitment plan in line with the estimated manpower requirements
across the division • Ensuring cultural fitment of the prospective employee according to Jaquar • Understanding and ensuring maximum job fitment between employees and the job-role • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates • Prepare salary structures and do the salary negotiation • Complete the paper-work to close the loop of the recruitment process • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees • Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires
