• Experience in coordinating with many       people simultaneously
• Experience in digging out the best information by probing the sales employees to write right minutes and to give the best inputs to the management
• Excellent data analysis skills
• 45 - 50 words / minute speed of typing on computer
• Experience in short-hand writing will be an added advantage
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office tools
