• To educate Key decision makers, contracters, trade customers of government institutions on CBS & CLS • To brief them about company position, vision, product details of each verticals, our USPs, value to the customers • To establish all verticals of CBS in all GIS accounts • To get specified in BOQ / Mock ups with the customers at the initial stages of their projects • To generate revenue from existing GIS accounts • To get timely renewal of approvals with exisitng accounts and ensure zero loss of accounts • To add new GIS accounts to the customers list • To generate revenue from newly added accounts • To maintain price discipline with all GIS accounts and ensure zero financial loss to the company • To introduce and promote new products launched by the company • To identify the projects to promote new products • To educate key decision makers of identified projects on new products, their features, USPs etc. • To make offers with new products to the identified projects • To secure BOQ / Mock up with identified projects • To bring key decision makers, trade customers, contractor of government institutions to OC • To bring key decision makers, trade customers, contractor of government institutions to plant • To extend support to government departments and resolve their issues including customer care issues • To build relationship with govt. institutions and handover gifts to them on specific occassions • To maintain directory of government officials • To ensure that no collection is pending with govt. institutions beyond 45 days of billing • To do atleast 180 productive meetings every month with external customers • To generate CBS / CLS revenue from government institutions |
