• To educate builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team on brand, present company position, vision, scale of the company through presentation • To maintain focus on CBS and do proper mention of CLS as well • To brief complete product details of each vertical, our USPs, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer & explain how does it benefit first him & his customers • To take complete details of each & every project / site being developed by builders and maintain record in company provided software • To ascertain the need of builder and to offer minimum 2 – 3 CBS options within the standard budgets / cost estimates of the projects to builders • To get specified in BOQ / Mock ups at the initial stages of the projects • To pitch excluded vertical to the builder where CBS is not offered as a standard package • To get upgradation of excluded verticals and get it approved by builders |
