| • Liasoning with overseas consultant’s for various queries related to Invoicing, Stock related matter etc. | ||||||
| • Entity Restructuring matters. | ||||||
| • Payable Management and doing entries of all payment’s done from Subsidiaries/ branches on daily basis. | ||||||
| • Overseas agreement vetting related to operational activities. | ||||||
| • Overseas Insurance handling-JW/ Stocks/ Warehouse/ Credit Insurance/ Office/ Assets/ Travel and Medical Insurance. | ||||||
| • Funds and Cash Flow Management-Overseas entities. | ||||||
| • Preparation of MIS Report-Daily/Weekly/Monthly
& Quarterly as per the requirement. Atleast 5 to 7 years of experience in International Business and Overseas Compliances Management. MBA in International Business is preferred. |
