• Overall accountable for warehousing function for export.
• Make material available to all markets on time
• Single point of contact for H.O team for all updates, queries, any issue of, dispatch and documentation to complete export orders.
• Managing the Export WAREHOUSE Operations at Bhachau with volumes of 75 -100 containers per month. Operations run 24X7 in 2 shifts.
• Monitoring the whole process starting from order management, warehousing, scheduling and dispatch.
• Verification of shipping documents before moving the shipments from foreign vendors
• Exposure to clearance process of overseas countries will be added advantage. Any exposure to overseas working for few years will be added advantage.
• Managing team and working with 3rd party Logistic Service provider to meet the Business requirement.
• Internal co-ordination with buyers and plants for material availability as per the dispatch schedule
• Fully Conversant with Export documentation , co ordination with CHA/ Freight forwarders/ transporters/ local CFS
• Knowledge of Customs process for Export , etc
• Knowledge of Pre-shipment and post shipment documents for exports will be required.
• Knowledge of EXPORT Benefit schemes like MEIS, EPCG.
• Knowledge of Export freight Ocean cost trends, custom clearance costs and Port Operations
• Working in ERP Environment with WMS ( Warehouse Management system), Handing of material handling Equipment’s will be advantage
• Experience of operating full fledged warehouse operations in domestic will be added advantage
Bhachau (Preference to local person of Gujarat / Kutch – Relocate to Bhachau) Experience: 10-15 Years in Similar Industry of bath room /sanitaryware – container exports Graduate/ Post graduate / Engineer with PG diploma in Exim / operations/ Marketing.
