To create documentation and processes for ISMS (Information Security and Management System)
JOB PROFILE
Review current documentation in light of ISMS Processes, current Industry Standards (ITIL, Sabine, Oxley etc.) and best practice
Highlight gaps and agree next steps/timings to document all requisite Processes
Agree format and structure for all Process Documentation
Assist in the revision and/or creation of documentation, ensuring all requisite Processes are documented in the same format/structure, presented in an easily digestible format and are readily available to all users
Support new process/changes with as isand to be documentation
Create and oversee SOP list of processes to be documented, ensuring SOPs are prioritized by importance
Create Technical Writing documents with regard to current Practices and Quality Systems
Analyze changes to determine need for revisions in previously published materials and development of new material
Support the collection, review, and version tracking of procedures
Execute copy editing and quality assurance reviews, including reviewing for grammar, style, context, and spelling
Develop process maps for each SOP
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
Translate complex technical content into easily readable text or tables, charts, and graphics
Incorporate Compliance, Legal and Risk reviews where applicable
Communicate with Training Team to ensure all process changes are included in documentations
