Job Description :
POSITION PURPOSE
To create documentation and processes for ISMS (Information Security and Management System)

ISMS Business Process
 Create process documentation realted to ISMS and related Business Operation
 Create technical documentaion pertaining to ISMS Operations
 Create SOPs
 Review and Audit all related documents
 Create requisite Formats, Structures for all concerned documents   
 Formulate guidelines to which all documents must adhered to
 Monitor and manage document versioning
 Translate technical jargons in to easy to understand language 
 Work with Excel, Visio, Word Programs, and Adobe Acrobat Professional

JOB PROFILE
 Review current documentation in light of ISMS Processes, current Industry Standards (ITIL, Sabine, Oxley etc.) and best practice
 Highlight gaps and agree next steps/timings to document all requisite Processes
 Agree format and structure for all  Process Documentation
 Assist in the revision and/or creation of documentation, ensuring all requisite Processes are documented in the same format/structure, presented in an easily digestible format and are readily available to all users
 Support new process/changes with as isand to be documentation
 Create and oversee SOP list of processes to be documented, ensuring SOPs are prioritized by importance
 Create Technical Writing documents with regard to current Practices and Quality Systems
 Analyze changes to determine need for revisions in previously published materials and development of new material
 Support the collection, review, and version tracking of procedures
 Execute copy editing and quality assurance reviews, including reviewing for grammar, style, context, and spelling
 Develop process maps for each SOP
 Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
 Translate complex technical content into easily readable text or tables, charts, and graphics
 Incorporate Compliance, Legal and Risk reviews where applicable
 Communicate with Training Team to ensure all process changes are included in documentations
