• To liase closely with the AD to ensure his sales staff are working in the gap towns identified , and expand customer base by pitching ESSCO as an independent identity in itself • To educate dealers and their sales staff about complete Essco product range , its USPs & value to them through benefit selling • To conduct a minimum of 5 to 6 Plumber Meets/Contractor Meets monthly • To do at least 6 to 7 productive meetings per day with external customers based on the market coverage , including 10 days tour ( To submit Market Coverage Planner at the starting of every month and ensure adherance ) • To fill SCR on a daily basis for every meeting done and its outcome • Develop business in project segment by developing project clientele through establishing Essco • Convert existing dealers in market to exclusive Essco dealers • To ensure maximum display at dealers showrooms through EDS • To ensure suitable branding and Brand Hygiene to be maintained at all times • Take personal ownership of customers in the assigned Territory • To ensure price discipline at all dealers counters • To timely update dealers / projects/specifiers on all changes / modifications company has done • To educate dealers (& their sales staff) on benefits of using dealer portal for problem redressal & access to latest information • To support dealers / projects/specifiers & resolve their issues related to supplies, sales, policies, Customer Care & other issues • To educate dealers / projects/specifiers on the benefits of issuing warranty certificates for all customers • To ensure dealers / projects/specifiers issue warranty certificate to every customer • Initiate Marcom activities and promotional activities to create brand awareness • To carry out sales promotional activities as proposed and decided • Develop effective working relationships with dealers / projects/specifiers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities by generating customer leads • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity |
