POSITION PURPOSE • To establish Artize as the most preferred luxury brand being recommended by A+ or A category Architect, Designer or specifier to their client • To promote, establish & Highlight Artize as Luxury Bathing Solution in the market. • To be the Brand Ambassador of the Brand Artize in assigned area • To be able to develop a strategic approach for shifting the mindset of Architects.Designers, Specifiers and Builders from Foreign Brand to the Luxury Brand Artize
JOB PROFILE • To promote entire range of Artize Brand • To keep updated data of Senior High end Dealers, Architect, Designer & Specifier • To develop strong relation with High end Dealers, Senior Architect & Designer by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals • To make detailed presentation to Dealers, Senior Architect & Designer to build Artize as a luxury brand • To identify Foreign Architect and Designer working for projects in assigned area • To build relation with Dealers, Foreign Architect and Designer and give detailed product presentation to them for building Artize as a Brand • To get Potential Dealers, Foreign Architect, Designer ,Senior Indian Architect & designer to visit OC • To organize Dealers Meet, Architect meet keeping in mind brand promotion • To develop a plan to have periodic meeting with Architect keeping in view to build their loyalty towards Artize • To visit Artize dealer and take probable leads for Sales generation • To ensure well organized product display of Artize at Dealer point • To interact and motivate team to achieve defined sales target as per Business Plan • To organize and conduct team training as and when needed • To keep self and team abreast with the recent changes being done in Building industry
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in Product Placement, Business Development and related groundwork • Experience of doing market development and growth • Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility • Experience of exposure to concept selling rather than product selling • Ability to procure leads and cues from everywhere possible • Ability to establish and maintain a wide network of resources • To follow up effectively and consistently |
