POSITION PURPOSE • To be the Jaquar Brand Ambassador in the builders / dealers segment of the assigned territory • To educate builders /dealers / architects on CBLS, provide complete product details of each vertical • To ensure revenue generation through projects and retail • To organize proactive customer care services
• To carry out sales promotional activities at projects sites
JOB PROFILE • To educate builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team on brand, present company position, vision, scale of the company through presentation • To maintain focus on CBLS • To educate dealers ,builders, achitects and their sales team on CBLS, its purpose, advantages, benefits and how it leads to better business for the dealers • To brief dealers / builders and their sales staff on complete product details of each vertical, our USPs, competition benchmarking & value to the customers • To take complete details of each & every project / site being developed by builders and maintain record in company provided software • To ascertain the need of builder/dealer and to offer minimum 2 – 3 CBLS options within the standard budgets / cost estimates of the projects to builders • To pitch excluded vertical to the builder where CBLS is not offered as a standard package • To maintain price discipline with builders and follow 100% SOPs in case of price increase as declared by company with each builder/dealer • To introduce and promote new products launched by the company • To ensure customer care support given • To coordinate with customer care to organize service camps at projects sites • To carry out sales promotional activities at projects sites • To train dealers sales staff and plumber staff on CBLS • To distribute catalogues & display hoardings at projects sites • To convince dealers to send customers to OC • To bring builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team to plant • To build relationship with builders and handover gifts to them on specific occassions • To address promptly any specific query, services, assistance if needed by the builders from the company • To generate revenue through projects and dealers
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Experience in working with builders / dealers network /channel partners • Experience in giving product presentations • Ability to gather sound product knowledge • Experience in handling clients independently Ability to catch on to leads and cues from everywhere possible • Ability to establish & maintain a wide network of resources • Strongly and effective follow up ability • Ability to attain market understanding • Knowledge of competitor mapping • Experience in coordinating at various levels and leading to effective result delivery • Expertise in creating brand presence & visibility
